Frogbox

This company provides re-usable plastic boxes for people moving house. They drop off the boxes at a convenient time before your move, and then pick them up from your new place at a convenient time after you've unpacked. The boxes are very well designed and help to keep your stuff organized and undamaged. I found the service very friendly, punctual, and flexible. I thought the terms of the contract etc. were clear. I would use this company again. They also sell the boxes if you want to store your stuff permanently - I bought 4 to help organize my storage locker, and I am very happy with them.

A bit pricey, but otherwise excellent. Boxes were delivered and picked up without hassle, they were even picked up early at our request. Boxes themselves were plenty sturdy. All in all, it made moving vastly more pleasant.

With our office expanding and new staff being hired, we needed to move our small 'departments' around within the office. Although the desks were easy enough to move, we needed to be able to empty numerous large filing cabinets in order to complete the move. We looked into several options, and when looking at value for money as well as keeping the move as 'green' as possible (which was very important to us), FrogBox was the clear choice. They dropped the boxes off to us, complete with labels and a dolly to assist in moving them and then came back and picked them up when we were done. The staff were courteous and friendly and overall helped make our move as seamless as possible.

Frogbox was great for dropping and picking up their boxes. It was easy, and there wasn't the waste associated with using cardboard boxes. I also really liked wardrobe boxes that were available. Quick and easy, I would use them again for my next move.

My 1-bedroom apartment move was a snap! Literally! I had the boxes dropped off and they were large enough to accommodate 90% of my stuff. On moving day, the service was fantastic. The two moving men had loaded the truck, drove to my new place and unloaded all within an hour and a half. Quickest move ever!

I ordered FrogBoxes for my recent move, and they were fantastic to use. They were a great size, easily stackable and movable, and I liked that the lids could reopen so that I could look for or add items to the boxes without having to deal with flaps and tape, etc. like you would with regular boxes. Also, I really liked that I didn't have to worry about going to pick them up or find a way of disposing them. Setting up delivery and pick up was a breeze, and both the driver and dispatcher were super flexible and helpful. On top of all that - knowing that FrogBoxes is a green and sustainable business makes me happy to support it. I would definitely recommend this company and its services to my friends and family.

Frogbox was great for our move. They confirmed drop-off and pick-up, and I was able to schedule everything online. The bins were clean, easy to pack and stack, were super sturdy--they handled books and other heavy items with ease--and overall made moving a breeze. It was great to not have to worry about buying cardboard moving boxes, and an unexpected bonus was that knowing they would be getting picked up motivated us to unpack in no time :-) The only thing I would say put me off was that the "sticker price" doesn't included the delivery charge, so be sure to factor that in when you're pricing it out. It was still worth every penny, and it was great to know that those totes would be used again and again, rather than ending up in a dump somewhere. Oh, and our movers loved them, too! They were thrilled to see all the totes neatly stacked when they showed up. Definitely made their job easier, and made for a smoother and quicker move, which also meant less $$ to the movers, and more for end of the day beers!

I've used Frogbox for my last two moves, and I will never go back to cardboard. Frogboxes are plastic reusable boxes that are stackable (empty or full) with fold over lids. They are delivered to your home before you move and picked up afterwards from your new home. They are extremely convenient and, better yet, environmentally friendly!

Last summer we moved from Vancouver to Toronto and needed moving boxes for our long move across country.

The Frogboxes were delivered and our delivery guy took the time to walk us through great product intro, how-to and packing tips. When our movers came they were thrilled to see the easy to transport stacks of Frogboxes all ready to go. The movers who delivered our stuff in Toronto were also similarly impressed, as was the customer service rep I was dealing with at the moving company. She had heard nothing but great things from all the staff who had worked on our move. Only one Frogbox was slightly damaged in our move but the contents were intact. Was such a relief to not have to worry about getting rid of moving boxes after we unpacked as they came and took them away for us.

I recommend Frogbox all the time!
