Frogbox

Last time I was moving I decided that I really didn't want to use cardboard boxes and one of my friends had used frogbox. I used their service and was extremely pleased with the boxes and would definitely use them again.

One thing I however found was that the boxes were quite expensive, this would be a deterrent for very many people as moving is already expensive.

The service was excellent, and the concept is brilliant. Not only did the process save us time and money, but we felt better about not using cardboard boxes. We have recommended Froxbox to everyone we know who is moving.

Excellent service! As we do not have a car the fact that the boxes were dropped off at our house and picked up after the move was simply amazing! The staf were friendly, delivery and pick-up were on time,and the reusable boxes and wardrobes were roomy, solid and felt very safe fpr fragile items.
The movers were so impressed they said they would reccomend Frogbox!
If you are moving, this is definetly the way to go.

We used Frogboxes when we moved houses a few months ago. They were super friendly, dropped off the boxes we needed and picked them up 6 weeks later when we were in our new place. The boxes are super handy: they are strong, stack well, and kept our stuff dry and secure in storage for a month. I would definitely recommend Frogbox.

I used Frogbox for a move from Toronto to Vancouver in November 2010, and was very very satisfied with the customer service and services provided by this company. I would recommend them more for local moves rather than long distance, however, as long distance moves are usually charged by weight, so using the heavier plastic boxes added considerably to that. I did like the peace of mind that my stuff was well-protected in the hard-sided boxes though.

We used Frogbox to move our 4 bedroom home back in 2009. The boxes arrived on time, clean, in good condition and the service was attentive and friendly. The product sells itself. We didn't want to deal with so much cardboard at the end of our move. Frogbox picked up after a week and it was the easiest part of our move! You don't necessarily think about the clutter of cardboard boxes you have as you unpack and it was much easier stacking them, putting them aside and having them picked up. None of the boxes broke. The wardrobes were not very stable but the delivery guy showed us how to get the most out of them.

Great service, ordered on line, delivered as promised, followed up & then communicated online & over the phone to close the file. Really helped the moving process stay organized, well worth the $250.00

After moving more than a year ago, the thought of going to liquor and grocery stores begging for empty boxes, and then spending a few months getting rid of them through recycling, scared me on our most recent move.

Luckily, we saw the frogboxes in an open house and fell in love with the idea immediately. We ordered just enough for our small two bedroom, and didn't have to think much about moving supplies. We just piled everything up and unpacked them. Because we had to return them, it encouraged us to go through our stuff immediately rather than letting them languish in boxes for months.

A great, green service, they delivered and picked up their boxes on time after double-checking their schedule with me.

They also followed up with me 2 weeks after the box pick up to give me a discount we had discussed on the phone. I forgot about and they remembered! Outstanding customer service.

I'd definitely recommend and use this service again.

Environmentally friendly solution for moving. Boxes were delivered and picked up from residence. Frogbox Service was extremely accommodating, efficient, friendly. Boxes were clean and stackable and perfect for packing. Frogbox products (great stacking boxes for moving) and services (flexible and accommodating delivery) made moving much less of a hassle. There was no waste of scouring cardboard boxes prior to moving and there was no need to fill up recycling bins with cardboard boxes post move. Frogbox conveniently picks up the boxes from your new home!
