Last year, I moved twice. Using Frogbox, everything was easy and clean. I only use some newspaper to cover my glasses, but boxes helped to moved all my stuff safety and clean.

I recommend use one wardrobe for each member of the house, because they are bigger and you can include your shoes on their.

Frogboxes are great and the service is amazing, I had them delivered for my move and even changed the number of boxes at the last minute and they were nothing but accomodating. It was nice to not throw away a pile of boxes and they stack really well. not one thing broke in my move because they are so solid. Great service!!

Frogbox was very efficient and accommodating - I needed a one week extension last minute and this was handled promptly. Recommended it to several friends who were also moving and they also loved them!

My spouse and I recently moved apartments and decided to make an ecologically (and economically) responsible choice by using FROGBOX in lieu of traditional cardboard boxes. As we were not moving very far, and certainly not moving in a rush, we were able to move all of our personal effects with only 6 large, durable and reusable Frogboxes. The service that we received was excellent! The boxes were impeccably clean, the pick-up/delivery person was prompt and professional and the internet site was user-friendly.
Our decision to use Frogbox was threefold: firstly, it was more affordable than buying numerous single-use cardboard boxes, secondly, there was no waste/reclycling once we unpacked thereby reducing the overall carbon footprint and lastly, the 1% given back to frog habitate restoration/rehabilitation.

I've used Frogbox service twice, the last was last year when I moved downtown. After moving all my stuff into my condo, I realized quickly that I was not going to be able to unpack the Frogboxes in time for pickup. (i was being ambitious and booked pickup for the day after move in, AND i was working still.)

The gentleman that answered the phone was very pleasant and extremely understanding. He suggested not to come the next day, but 2 days later. What a relief! Made moving, AND unpacking stress-free,... almost enjoyable.

Frogbox provided great customer service on-line, over the phone and in-person. It was easy to place the order and arrange for drop-off and pick-up of the boxes. We used the boxes mainly for the kitchen, so were worried about placing fragile items inside, but in the end nothing was damaged. Still, I would say these boxes are best for non-fragile and less heavy items, as they are quite large. The wardrobe boxes were helpful but a bit awkward to assemble and move. Overall, given that moving is a pain anyway, I would say that having these boxes made our move easier. I would definitely recommend the company to others.

I used "Frogbox" for my last household move and it saved me time, money and effort. The package I got included large moving boxes, a dolly and a wardrobe case very useful. I think it is a fantastic idea to have clean re-usable boxes for moving: it saves you time gathering up cardboard ones (or buying them) and at the other end, you can unpack quickly and the Frogbox team retrieves them. No piles of recycling cardboard. The company was flexible and delivery was on-time.
