You were helpful, not pushy, and answered all my questions after many many visits to the store. - Delivery guys were pleasant and friendly as well. Clean and easy to communicate with.

By far, the most knowledgeable staff, the most variety in their showroom, the best customer service. I was so pleased with the service from the lighting warehouse. They are thorough, easy-going and have great prices. After receiving horrible service at Robinson Lighting, going to LW I felt like a valued customer. I won't shop anywhere else for lighting. I've used Frogbox twice and am so pleased with this service. - No stress in finding boxes at costco or the liquor stores - Friendly and efficient admin/office staff & field staff - The boxes are large and sturdy, also made in Canada! - They supply a trolley, labels and one time, they gave me an all purpose green cleaner! - Your movers will love moving them because they are all the same size & stack easily - ONline system is easy and gives you a discount - portion of revenue goes to charity All in all, a great choice for the consumer and for the environment!

After many moves in our lifetime, my husband and I decided that we wanted to pay the extra for a reliable, easy move experience. Urban Rush Movers did that for us. Yes, they are more expensive. However, well worth the money for not having guys who smell like booze or pot moving your personal stuff! On time, easy to communicate with, professional staff who care about their business.
