Ordered boxes online, they arrived, I packed them up over a few weeks, we moved, we unpacked and they came to pick them up. All VERY easy. Love these boxes, they are hard and aren't going to break. You don't need to pay or find cardboard boxes that you still have to tape up and might break. (we used some cardboard boxes and one did break).
Highly recommend.
