United Alarms provides extremely poor customer services. They have upgraded their alarm system but did not contact us. With the new upgraded to 3G system, my alarm has not been working nor my house security system is active. United Alarms did not contact us to inform us of this change, while United Alarms continued to bill us monthly charges.
