Just In Time Furnace

I called Just in Time to fix a furnace that shuts down. It leave me and my 1 year old baby freezing in the middle of the night. They came out, charged me, told me I needed a 'higher flow filter'. The problem continues and when I call again they tell me its a "new problem" and they'll have to charge me again to fix the same problem? They didn't even properly asses the ONLY problem... I wouldn't recommend them. Terrible customer service.
