Brian is a professional. He has the best sales pitch and showed genuine interest in his profession. I was not completely satisfied with the painting and he tried to fix the situation. However, the new paint (light beige) just did not cover the old paint (blue) underneath. I am not sure why this would happen or why a primer was not used in the first place. We weren't told of the 'risks' that the blue would be so hard to cover and I think that should be something that needs to be highlighted to customers so they can decide what to do beforehand. In addition, there were spots that weren't painted well (but they did come back and try to fix it). I would say that customer service is great. However, the actual paint job that I paid for was not satisfactory. Having to live with the fact that the old blue is still showing underneath the new paint color is just not something that I wanted to pay for. Unfortunately, nothing else could be done unless I paid additional. But, then again, "why am I paying additional for a job that was not done appropriately? If I am asking for additional services, yes, I would pay. But I am not asking for additional services...just wanted the original services done properly." All in all, good customer service, friendly painters but quality was not up to my expectations.
