Kitchen Pro

I rarely provide reviews and recommendations as I believe my comments provide a certain level of responsibility for me. However, in this case I am sharing my experience and comments with anyone that reads this because of the particular circumstances.
I had placed an order for one of my clients with Vaughan Kitchen Pro that was delayed due to COVID-19’s self-isolation and business closures. The entire business community was learning how to function and the supply chain of material was definitely interrupted. My clients were expecting a child and understandingly so were anxious to move into their new home before the arrival of their baby. Kitchen Pro was closed and I could only communicate with them by e-mail or voice mail. Shortly after I contacted them the owners reached out to me asking me how they can help. I was relieved. Together we planned on a delivery of a minimal cabinets so that the clients can move into their new home and be comfortable.
Once the units were manufactured, we had to cross the installation hurdle as the installers were also not working (due to COVID-19) and this is when the owner stepped in and he himself provided the necessary expertise and completed the installation. I was impressed, delighted and grateful which is why I decided to share my story.
Many cabinet makers are capable of making quality cabinets, but not many can match the quality, services, and the customer care that Kitchen Pro provided. I know that manufacturing in multiple stages, and additional installation steps all cost extra money yet, the Kitchen Pro management honored our original contract. (the owner even returned the “small” extra payment to me).
In these uncertain times I am lucky that I dealt with people who provide quality products and quality service.
