After a bumpy start with a couple of after hour technicians, working with Raj and Moti provided us with exceptional service and helped us with a difficult vintage lock that needed to be replaced, we are very happy customers! Thank you for your speedy response to our situation and making it right. They are personable, reliable, extremely knowledgable, and very professional. Would definitely recommend Raj and Moti again! Thanks guys!

Exceptionally the worst service I have secured through this site. Unprofessional, late, rude, obnoxious, dirty, and uneducated. Hands down the absolute WORST! Even after 3 visits, countless phone calls, and over $400 spent on a very basic lock that needed replacing, it STILL doesn't work properly and jams and sticks 80% of the time. Will be seeking legal counsel to deal with the matter. It's not about the money, it's about the principal. Simply ridiculous how this company is still in business.
