Window replacement (basement and second floor)
We needed to replace two very old windows in our old house. Remo came and provided all the information necessary for us to make a good decision about what we needed. Comparisons were done and Sunview was able to provide a competitive price with better quality than other companies we spoke to.
There were some starts and stops with installation (some timing issues), but the installers were professional and clean. We had a misunderstanding related to our initial request that required communication with the company. They were quick to figure out the misunderstanding and arrange for installers to come back to fix the issue. Roxanne at the office was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied with the service.
Despite stops and starts and a misunderstanding with the contract we ended up getting the windows we needed. The basement window was particularly difficult and the installers made the window and surrounds look amazing!
