Capital Plumbing & Heating

I had been a customer with Capital since December 2015. Last week I required a new hot water tank, the current tank was 20 years old and this was preventive maintenance. John and Jeff removed the old tank, installed the john Woods tank in about 1.5 hours. Done very professional. Before leaving they did an second inspection and found a copper elbow had developed a small leak. That probably saved a major flood in the basement. Great work

When I was told my furnace was 27 years old and needed to be replaced I was not prepared to pay for this emergency. I was told by many companies that financing was not an option but when Dave came to my home he provided the lowest price as well as best financing of all the others I contacted. When David was in our home he was very knowledgeable and straight forward, from quoting me, to assisting with financing, to doing the installation he was a pleasure from start to finish; and it only took 2 days and it was completed. I will never all anyone else but Capital Mechanical for my heating and air conditioning needs.

I have been using Capital Plumbing & Heating for the last few years for our plumbing and heating in the house. The level of professionalism, friendliness of the staff on the phone and overall quality of work have continued to impress me. They've re-done the plumbing in my 1954 home from the bathroom, kitchen and stack as well as maintained both the furnace and water heater over the last few years. I am always very impressed and look forward to continuing to work with them over the coming years.

Called in the afternoon to have someone come look at our heater that was not working. A tech came out the next day and fixed the issue within an hour. Very friendly and professional!! Thank you!!

I called Capital Plumbing and spoke to the President Greg Weir. Even though he answered the phone while on holidays he still managed to send Jessy to my home the next day to provide me with a quote. Jessy did a fantastic job on providing me with excellent feedback and an honest evaluation of my needs for my home. The Hot water Tank and the furnace and AC unit were all very reasonable prices and he also predefined a heat loss calculation which is industry code or your equipment will not pass inspection. That I was totally unaware of and Greg explained it all to me over the phone prior to Jessy's arrival. Jessy was very professional and friendly and even took the time to wear boot coverings and remove them as needed. The service was fast and done with workmanship and pride! I will not hesitate to recommend Capital Mechanical a plumbing & Heating to anyone in need of their service and products which by the way is built to last and provides a real piece of mind. I have already forwarded my experience to 7 people who have called for a quote and are wanting to proceed with their service. What a great experience this was. 10/10 and that is rare these days!!

We made use of the Capital Club for our annual inspection, and were again pleased by the cleanliness and comprehensive service. Very informative, helpful & nonjudgmental. Highly recommended for anyone!

Kevin of Capital Plumbing and Heating came out to our place in Beaumont about 2 weeks ago and assessed why our Furnace was not working. He was able to get it working but not before telling us we needed a new blower. He ordered our new part, came out very promptly after our schedule was messed up which was this morning. Very friendly, professional and completely took care of our situation. He was awesome to say the least. I would recommend Capital Plumbing and Heating in a heartbeat. A BIG HUGE thank you to Kevin and Elaine at customer service at Capital for taking such great care. Our furnace runs beautifully and quiet. Just have to get that baby cleaned as recommended by Kevin. Furnace stopped working yesterday. So I called these guys at 8am this morning. Their repairman got here in about an hour so that was great. They checked the furnace and told me it had a burnt out circuit board. They went and got that from the factory and came back in about an hour. The repair guy was quite helpful and friendly. My only concern is that they charge you every step of the way. They charged for the dispatch, going to get the part, the part itself and installing it which totaled about $800. Other than that I had no complaints.

We required a plumber on an urgent basis one evening and called Capital Mechanical & Heating. I called a couple of plumbers and they were the first to call back.

The work was very well done and he even cleaned up a bit of water spillage. He explained what he did and why which was very helpful. Epcor was also involved in this repair and he worked directly with them to get the job done.

I will definately use Capital Mechanical again for any future plumbing issues.
