Ranieri has been prompt and detailed throughout: from my initial call to the successful completion of the job.
We had a number roofers drop by to assess our leaking roof problem and all but Ranieri spent 5 minutes or less. Ranieri spent an hour methodically pinpointing the issue, providing us a temporary solution and detailing the work required. We decided to go with Ranieri and everything has been delivered as he had promised.
Also, it should be noted that we had a portion of roofing that required a unique solution to carry away rain/snow from an awning. Ranieri's solution was elegant, professionally sound and aesthetically pleasing.
He's solid. Period.
