It was an unexpected pleasure to deal with Santos and his crew. We we were impressed with his timely, attentive and professional approach. He was creative, clever and competent in resolving a difficult drainage problem that had stumped a number of contractors before him.
He didn't disappear after the job was done, as sadly we have experienced too often when dealing with other contractors in the past.
His prices were fair, he explained what we could expect and he completed the job in a timely and thorough fashion. His crew left my home and job site in very clean condition, with no evidence of the extensive work that had been done.
A job well done! A true "10"!
