Unclogging sewer and installing proper clean out
Last summer I had a problem with my basement flooding because of a clogged floor drain. I called Santos and they cleared the drain free of charge. Over Christmas the clogged drain returned with a vengeance and began backing up each time we showered or ran a load of laundry - flooding the drain areas with raw sewage.
Since Santos was so helpful the first time, I called them again. After plunging the drains and scoping with a camera they discovered a major blockage in the trap at the bottom of the "mushroom" vent outside. The next morning they had a crew at my house replacing the vent and trap with a city-approved clean out. Problem solved.
Santos was fast, friendly, and extremely courteous. I hope I'll never have sewer problems again but if I do I won't hesitate to call Santos. They were outstanding!
