This was my first time using Direct Electric. Ali is prompt and professional. He is very knowledgeable and has really good diagnostic skills. He was able to quickly work out how the home was wired (incorrectly) and what was required to resolve the issue and bring it up to code. My recommendation score was slightly lower only because this was my first time using Direct Electric.
