From the initial phone call to the final handshake Ali gave exceptional, knowledgeable, professional service. He answered the phone in person, followed up via email, called to confirm his arrival and was on time. He carried out the corrections and installations we required. Despite the fact it was not a large job (although very necessary) his attention to detail and safety was impressive. His fee scale both competitive and fair. His explanations were clear and he was very courteous.
