Mehmet is a great person and plumber and we will use him for all of our plumbing needs in the future. He was very professional and a great communicator, making sure he had all the info before coming to do the job with the parts required in hand. He got us a part for our toilet for free, and didn't charge us because as he put it, "that's an expensive model and it's ridiculous for you to have to pay $25 for something that shouldn't break" What a guy! Really, can't recommend him enough. Thanks Mehmet!
