Henry was professional, punctual, easy to communicate with, and very friendly. His price was better than most other quotes I got and I was still very happy with the quality of service and product being offered at that price. My new windows look great. There are a few very minor details that I could be happier with (e.g., I thought the caulking could have been a bit tidier), but overall I'm very pleased. I plan to call Henry to replace more windows in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
