What an excellent company to work with. Riley's Tree Service cut down a tree for me over a year ago and I decided to get the stump grinded as I am planning to re-do my backyard in 2018. I was confident that the job would get done with quality which it was. You will notice that Riley is very fair with cost and takes pride in their work. This is our second time using Rileys Tree Services. Both times we found them to be very professional. They arrived when they said, did the work to our satisfaction and our property was left neat and tidy. All of the staff were friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. We will definitely use them again and I have no qualms about recommending them to others.

Even though the tree service needed is not a small job, I gambled and didn't bother to get anther quote as Mark earned my trust when he came to give an estimate and answered to my questions.

My instinct proves to be correct on the day when they brought in their expertise and equipment. They did their job systemically in a professional way and in 5 hours the job was done. Even storm was moving in the last 45 minutes, they took the time to grind the root and clean up the site in the rain.

Mark and his team did an amazing job removing a large tree in my backyard. They were professional, fast and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the outcome. Mark and his team are professional and friendly. For the initial quote, Mark showed himself to be deeply knowledgeable and gave me great advice. There was no pressure and the price quoted was reasonable (and it was the price that they stuck to). On the day of, the team came on time, worked efficiently and did a fantastic job. Wonderful clean up. They are truly reliable and professional. No worries when Mark and his team are on the job.

Mark and his crew - Des and Gary - arrived at the agreed time. As Mark explained, he pruned our large Manitoba Maple to raise the canopy to a good height and to make the tree less susceptible to wind and ice damage. Then the crew worked as a team to remove a dead tree from a tricky location, right over our gazebo. They also did additional pruning on another tree, and removed a large branch very high up. All was done efficiently and safely. Excellent clean up, and very fair price. Ten stars from me. I will be sure to contact Mark for any future tree work.

Mark and his crew did a great job pruning our large backyard maple - cutting away branches touching the roof / house, thinning it out for more light, and cleaning up. They were easy to book, easy to communicate with, were happy to answer questions, gave a no-nonsense quote, and price was very reasonable. Would book them again!

Mark and his crew were great. Arrived on time, date of work as quoted. Mark and his crew worked in pouring rain and got the work done. Cut down trees, grounded stumps and pruned as requested. Could not ask for anything more. Everything was left clean and neighbour's property was respected. I will be using Mark again and thank him and his crew for a job well done.
