Was very impressed with their work and service. I would def hire them again (hope I don’t, because then it means my trees have died) and refer them to anyone looking for tree services. I actually hired them after I had another tree guy walk off the job, wanted more money and demanded I do some prep work for them (neither of which was expected).

I have used another tree service company in the past and also liked their service. But after using Riley, I wished I had used them the first time. The crew was a lot more experienced and efficient. Was also impressed with the fact they OWNED all the proper tools and equipment (many tree service people do not, thus leading to various issues I had experienced). Also appreciated how they handled an unexpected hiccup and they still completed within budget, time and scope of work….and as a bonus, they provided an extra service without asking (pruned my hedges).

Mark and his crew did a great job! We had a large Manitoba Maple with multiple limbs down on a fence, shed, etc. It was situated in a precarious position so we wanted to move quickly. Mark was prompt to take our call, visit the site for a quotation, and managed to get us scheduled in promptly before more tree came down. All cleaned up with no mess left behind. Mark and his crew did an excelent job. I found out about him from a neighbour around the corner who had 3 trees cut and multiple trimmed and did a superb job. We called him the first time for my next door neighbours tree and had an unbeatable low price to cut it down and take it away wile leaving us with some of the wood to burn. Now we have had him back again to trim our maple away from the house and pool while letting a bit of light through. He charges us $400 to do it while anoher quoted us almost $900. the crew did a great job keeping falling branches away and out of the pool free from damage. We live in an older area with lots of mature trees and one of those trees was situated right next to the driveway. Unfortunately, because of its hollow/rotting trunk, we had to have it removed for safety. Mark responded to our request for a quote promptly, and was able to provide his services for a competitive price. The crew came as scheduled and started the job immediately. It was very interesting to see just how efficient they were at taking down this big tree! Since the tree was so close to the driveway and despite all the safety measures taken, a small dent was made on the asphalt near the trunk. Mark, however, came back the very next day to patch up the dent. Great customer service!

Riley's were the first to respond and provide a quote. The quote was complete, succinct, very competitive. The work itself was started very quickly after acceptance and it was done expertly and most efficiently. Top notch work carried out in friendly but business-like manner.

I'm a repeat customer. Mark and his crew, again did a fantastic job removing, pruning my trees and grinding the stumps. Also provided excellent arborist advice on the care of existing trees. Mark assisted with a neighbour that required shrub removal on the spot. Mark and his crew were professional, efficient and cleaned up afterwards.
