I contacted three companies for a quote but only Rileys responded. Mark gave me a date he could come by to provide a quote and he did. A couple of days later I contacted him to proceed with the removal and he estimated it could be done in a week. Later that day he called to say he could do it the very next day as he was concerned given the condition of the tree. With a two man crew they arrived and got right ot work. The tree was fully down in about an hour and a half. All the wood was removed and the site cleaned up satisfactorily. This was a quick expert job and I was fortunate that Mark took the time to quote the job and did it earlier than expected.

We would highly recommend Riley Tree Services! I found Mark to be a true professional right from the beginning and their pricing is very reasonable. We had several trees and bushes cut down with the main tree being a 25 foot Pine tree. All stumps were grinded away as well. Mark arrived right on time in the morning with his crew and proper equipment. I trusted Mark to get the job done while I was at work and he did. Mark and his crew were very clean and tidy with their work. I didn't find one piece of branch leftover and the stump chips were piled neatly over the location of the old trees. I would definitely be using Riley Tree Services in the future if I have to. Thanks again Mark!

I have a very large maple tree in my backyard that needed branches removed and overall pruning. I requested larger branches to be kept aside in 3-4' lengths, to my pleasant surprise they were cut to 12" lengths and neatly stacked. The tree looks amazing and the yard was completely cleared of all debris. Many heartfelt thanks for a job very well done! Mark, your right hand man is a great as you'd said.

The crew arrived with the right equipment and tools to get the job done! The truck bucket specifically, was a great advantage as Mark was able to access the trees from above. He addressed all the trees and branches he agreed to in our quote, and went above and beyond to address some damage branches to ensure the safety on our property. While up in the bucket, and with a aerial shot of our home, Mark was able to assess our chimney and confirmed that it would require work as soon as possible, to prevent a serious leak and water damage. We were aware the chimney required work, but did not realize to what degree. He was kind enough to provide a masonry referral of a company he used previously and trusteed. We've used Riley's Tree Services on several occasions for both small and (very) large jobs and we've always been very satisfied with the service. Friendly, knowledgable and exceptionally competent. We would definitely recommend Riley's Tree Services to anyone looking for tree removal, pruning/maintenance, storm damage repair, etc.

I called to get a quote to have the maple tree in the front yard removed and the tree was gone in less than 24 hours. The price was great, the service was exceptional and Mark and his crew were quick! I'll be referring Riley's Tree Services to everyone.

After last year's ice storm I was concerned about a large Maple tree that was only 8 feet from the side of my house. I contacted Mark at Riley's Tree Service and he found evidence that the tree was cracked and was a hazard to my house. The city also inspected the tree and agreed with Marks assessment. The tree was removed quickly by Riley's Tree Services and did not require a city permit. Riley’s crew did a great job removing the tree and cleaning up. I highly recommend Riley’s Tree Service.

Mark and his crew just finished removing a 65 foot spruce that came down during the wind storm earlier in the week. It had crashed down on the fence between our home and our neighbours home. I called Mark yesterday evening and he came by to give us a fair quote. He scheduled the work for today and came as planned and did a fantastic job removing the tree. He and his crew were clean and efficient. I will be sure to use Mark and team for all my future tree removal/pruning needs.

In the storm last night a massive spruce tree fell on our house. Called mark late, he answered and promised to be at our house first thing. He turned up, gave us a fair quote and got to work, a few hours later the tree was gone and we can get on with what in the end should be fairly minor repairs. I genuinely coul not be more impressed. You rely on the good service of others when things go wrong and mark and team really came through. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I was thoroughly impressed with the work of Riley and his crew (especially how clean they left the site!). From the time of initial quote through until they were finished their work, the whole process was efficient and Riley was honest and had integrity. I will use them in the future and would highly recommend him to others.
