Totally unprofessional and fake promise

Got this guys contact number through a friend. Called him twice to come and look at the AC. Promised that he will arrive on so and so date. I moved my work and waited for this guy and never turned up. Totally unprofessional. Keep away. Glad that he didnt turned up cant trust. if he would have replaced the AC and it gets complaint he may gonna repeat the same.
