Appliance Repair review in York

I have purchased from RHD refurbished and "scratch & dent" coin laundry machines, stoves and fridges for my commercial property.

I only purchase items relatively new, and clearly represented as being only 2-3 years old maximum.

However it's now been one year since these purchases and everything is needing expensive repairs. Only recently I began checking with manufacturers to cross-reference model/serial number to age of appliance.

It turns out that RHD sold me "almost new" appliances whose ages were actually from 2001 and 2003.

So I recommend you check age of appliance you're intending to buy, before purchasing from RHD Appliances.

I have called Dennis several times seeking answers to a multitude of questions ranging from purchasing coing laundry machines, stoves and fridges for my commercial property.

Without exception, I have always found him patient, knowledgeable and accomodating.

With each purchase he advised me to come in to the store and select the appliance being purchased, as his stock consists of new appliances as well as scratch & dent and refurbished, so it is important to see the selection before purchasing.

He delivered exactly what I ordered and his delivery team skillfully maneouvered all appliances up stairwells, around landings, and through doors that required removal of fridge doors and reattachment thereafter. All was done without a hint of irritation.

I will use this service provider for all my appliances throughout my commercial properties.

Since writing this review, I have also purchased refurbished coin laundry washer and dryer machines. The rare times I have needed to contact Dennis, the owner, I have always experienced his integrity and professionalism. There is a human running this company. Thank you!!
