Invisible Windows

I've waited about a month now before writing this review after getting my windows cleaned. I had new Pella windows installed in our house about 7 years ago and if you count panes and door glass it comes out to 67, difference being is that I have built in blinds so about 60 of these open up so now don't have in indoor and an outdoor pane you have an outdoor,indoor,open the inside and have 2 more indoors, a lot of work. Over the years I have had at least 10 window cleaning companies clean our windows giving me low quotes over the phone and I would tell them thats to cheap for the job maybe come out and quote it properly . They would all for the most part tell me no problem been there done that get out their squeegee's and in about 3 hours they would be done and paid, we would then over the next few weeks notice all the missed areas and the smears and streaks between the glass that are not there until the sun light comes through the right way. Lisa gave me a rough idea as to pricing which was higher than any quotes I had ever paid but stated that they're employee Kyle would give me an exact quote after arriving at our house between 9:00 and 10:00 on Thursday, they arrived at 8:55 apparently they have never worked for Shaw cable. After showing Kyle the windows and explaining that even though the sun wasn't out that day so we could not see the streaks inside the glass he was confident he could remedy the situation. He quoted almost $1000 and I agreed after all the other botched jobs that was a great price if the windows came clean as I will never have to clean between the glass again if it were done properly. They're crew was at my house for almost 8 hours using what looked like large rubber erasers followed by brisk buffing with rags and then the squeegees came out as they cleaned windows that in the light looked clean already!! It's been close to a month now and I have yet to find a streaky or smeared window and have never been happier to spend a thousand dollars. Thanks Lisa, Kyle
