I made a mistake of paying even if my complaints have not been addressed. We called several times and all I got from "Alex" was --- "I'll take a look and call you back". Then they never call back and has not come in a month. But I already paid them. Hope the Better Business Bureau or the Ministry of Consumer and Business Services looks into these complaints. Their warrant does not cover natural splitting or warping of lumber for posts and boards but some of the boards were not just warped but were crumbling. This should be a defect and should not have been placed to begin with. Hope somebody calls them out or suspends their license.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Make sure to provide after sales service and explain properly to customers. If they want to prove that they are right, then come by and educate the customer. Don't leave them hanging out to dry.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Find a different contractor. After sales is as important as the pre-sales offer.
