We had clogged kitchen drain. This was the second time this company was unclogging the drain. The first time it took two technician to get the job done, as the first one had to call for help.
We decided to call them again for the same problem 3 years later. They give us estimate 500 to unclogged the pipe. so this time their technician battelled for 2 hours and could not get the job done, so he gives us a $2000 up sale for replacing the whole pipe. At the beginning I refused to pay but eventually I paid. Even I paid for their services, they sent my account to collection agency.
We called different plumber and got the pipe unclogged in an hour.
be very carful with these guys and the company.
