What a disaster. I have lost all, faith in due diligence. I checked these people out both here and on the BBB site and all I can say is that if theses people are the best, how bad are the others.
This was a small move of my mother, who is 88, from Burlington to Vancouver. We repeatedly requested a morning pickup because we had to leave Burlington by 1 pm. Troy finally gave us a time of between 1&4 despite my having talked,to them three times that day.
Eventually, they agreed to come the night before instead but the movers showed up,2 hrs before they were supposed to. They were in such a rush to get out that, as we found out in Vancouver, they didn't put stickers on any of the furniture. They put stickers on some of the boxes but the numbers did not match the manifest at all.
When they delivered in Van, the movers had no manifest with them, they dropped off, what they had with no checking to see if they had delivered everything. Turns out I noticed a coffee table was, missing. They just shrugged their shoulders and took off and never filed a report.
We could not match sticker numbers with the manifest so we still don't know,if we got everything. On top of that, I think the, weight they charged us for is bogus. I have been after them for over a month for the scale, tickets so I can verify the weight but apart from obfuscation,I've received nothing from them.
I think the weight they charged us for is fraudulent. They never weighed the truck, if they had, which they guarantee to do, then they would have provided the info. They have told me they have it but so far, I have not seen verification.
They don't listen to you. They don't get back to you. They never provided a proper manifest or weight. All in all, if you, want to use them do so at your own risk. For me, I am filing a,report with the BBB because I believe their weight was fraudulent and they aren't going to address this otherwise.
