I hired the Mixedesigns Design Bar renovate my Kitchen and Bathroom. I wanted some custom touches added to make the rooms unique and to fit my personality. Sean brought my vision to life for me!

He built a vent hood and "X's" for the sides of my island. All it took was a quick conversation and showing him a few pictures of what I was hoping for and he was able to tell me what was possible with my space, existing specs and my budget. The craftsmanship of the pieces is amazing, he matched the wood to my flooring perfectly, which was important to me and once installed (they were built and installed very quickly) they made a huge impact on how the kitchen looks!

For the bathroom I wanted to save the existing vanity cabinetry given the amount of storage it provided but really didn't like the color of the finish. I was a bit nervous about getting them sprayed as I thought it would be messy, chip easily and just be easier to replace it. Sean reassured me of the outcome and process of having it sprayed and I'm SO HAPPY i did this. He uninstalled everything and took it offsite to be sprayed and then reinstalled it. I had it sprayed a navy blue and also had him replace all of the hardware. The spray job looks amazing - i wanted a bold look in this room and never could have done this with buying a standard store vanity or my budget. Again - Sean was able to bring my vision to reality.

Sean is awesome at what he does and is very easy to work and communicate with - I'd highly recommend you reach out to Design Bar as the process was painless, fast and worth it! The problem for me is wanting more...I'm now working with Sean to build a custom dining table for me to complete my new space even more!
