I had Lighthouse Inspections come and inspect my home before my purchase as it is an older home. He did find things that we were able to get resolved prior to me buying it- saved me a lot of money down the road. Nearly two years later I still contact him for names of other contractors he has worked with to give his honest, professional opinion- very helpful! Trust worthily.
