Plygem has formed a renovation firm known as Geinow Renovations (Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver). At 10 years, water seaped onto the millwork on one corner of one of my window frames and rotted out reuiring immediate replacement. The order process was fast and efficient. A couple of details needed to be attended to afterward which were expertly handled by the Plygem Edmonton service dept. Strong warranty on the millwork frame (10 years) and lifetime on the glass. Windows sourced from Cardinal Industries in the U.S. I stallation by subcontractors who were highly skilled.
