Smart Av Home Automation Systems & Home Theater

Over many years, my wife and I have created standalone home theatres in both the US and Canada. Now back in Aurora, we recently decided to make the jump to Rogers Ignite while upgrading from URC to Control4. Given the complexities of the many changes from automated lighting to a full rack of components, we were nervous about the process and more so about finding a professional firm who would put customer service as their highest priority and completing the work to 100% satisfaction.

Hamed and his team have, without exception, exceeded our expectations. Punctual, polite, clean and totally professional don’t go far enough to describe this company. Sadly, it’s rare to find a service partner who understands that the long game is all about keeping promises, being responsive and not saying “done” until the customer says “done”.
