Macklam's Chimney Cleaning & Repairs

Ive used Macklams for years to clean a wood-burning fireplace in an older home. They leave the room cleaner than they find it (and I have off-white upholstered furniture next to the fireplace). Punctual, courteous, very professional. They phone annually to see if their services are needed. If I havent used the fireplace more than a few times during the year, they say I dont need them. How many service providers do that? When I saw some negative reviews, I was very surprised. Mustve been a very off day.
