We contracted Broadway Roofing (BR) in 2000 to replace our tar and gravel roof. During the heavy rainstorms in early 2007, the roof started leaking. Because the repair work was under a 10 year warranty, BR came back and repaired the damage.

Admittedly it took a few visits before they got it right and they ended up re-tarring most of the roof again. However, they stood behind their work and honoured the warranty. Kudos.
