Chris arrived on time and quickly repaired the gears in the garage door motor. He was very professional and explained what he was doing. He also provided a five year warranty on repair. I highly recommend him!

The gear sheared off our garage door motor. Easy Access was recommended by a neighbour, and they were great: they offered no service which was not required, and they made the repairs under appalling conditions (extreme cold).

I called Chris on Friday to book a service call for my garage door & he came out the next day (along with another guy). Mainly I wanted to make sure the garage door was sealed properly as well as give it a good servicing. Chris also oiled the necessary areas of the garage door opener itself. They did a great job & did not overcharge for it either. After carefully reading the 10-star reviews on them, I was comfortable with trusting them with the job & when I met Chris he did come across as hardworking, knowledgeable & trustworthy. Thanks guys.

I had a new garage door installed this week from Easy Access Garage Doors and I'm extremely happy with the product and service. They answered my email right away and came to my house to do a free estimate. The custom door was made in less than a week and installed right away. They did a wonderful job insulating and weather-stripping around the door and care a great deal about quality. Can't say enough good things about Chris and this company. Would definitely call them again!

I called Chris on Monday after our garage door opener stopped working in the morning. He was very courteous and asked me to describe the issue. He believed it was a quick fix, although I suspected it worse (I raise this point because service providers can take advantage of your lack of knowledge and over sell - he clearly showed signs of integrity - which is tremendously important to me). Chris made it to my place the same day and called me with what I suspected, need a new garage door opener and replace the Torsion Springs. I had already done some research on openers and asked Chris about installing the ones I had researched. He shared his deep industry/product knowledge and convinced me to go with a much more cost effective alternative. In addition, he was willing to rearrange his schedule to repair and instal the next day. Within 36hrs of of my initial call, I have a new highly rated (I researched the opener after he made the recommendation), cost effective garage opener with all sorts of valuable features (including wifi access) and a very quiet smooth operating garage door. Thank You Chris - you are a great example of what a service provider should be in today's world, honest, fair, high quality, and operate with integrity.

Our garage door stopped working and got stuck. Chris from Easy Access responded quickly to our call. He was able to diagnose the problem for us quickly and gave a very reasonable quote. He was efficient and friendly and I would call him again in a heartbeat.

Had a garage door spring break, called the company who had installed it, only to find they went out of business. Checked online for a few local companies, called for quotes and Easy Access Garage Doors not only had a competitive price, but they offered a warranty, had a lot of positive reviews, AND were very informative.

When I initially called in they asked questions to help identify the problem and determine what had to be replaced. They were also very helpful compared to some of the other companies I had called on the phone. We set up an appointment for the next day, and Chris showed up on time. Job was done very quickly, and I am very satisfied. Don't hesitate to call Chris!

I went out with three bids for the job. Not only was their bid competitive, they promised to come on time and they did. I didn't even feel their presence. Work done in a couple of hours. They left the scrap metal outside for pickup which was my only reservation. That part didn't get picked so I did call Chris back after a couple of days, and when he knew about it, he directly corrected it. Bottom line, excellent service. and highly recommended.

What honest and exceptional garage installation service. I had 6 quotes from different companies and they had the lowest price for R-17 doors, but what was even more important, they had only 1 week lead time. Although my previously installed garage door opener had to be re-done and it took extra time, there was no extra charge. Chris did an outstanding job. Well done! I would recommend to anyone.
