WOW, WOW, WOW....Excellent job Astonia! We are thrilled and extremely satisfied with the transformation of our 4000 square feet of property. We evaluated several hardscape/landscape companies and Astonia by far stuck out for several reasons. They brought to the table flexibility, ingenuity, professionalism, the right tools/machines, the right crew, great vision and insight, well managed, fair price and flawless execution. The job was big and we made sure we had the right organization to complete the work. From the very beginning and in the initial meetings with James, the owner, he was extremely reasonable, honest, polite, courteous, professional and knew exactly what he was talking about. This is exactly what we were looking for in a company and a leader (of the crew). He was bang on with his estimate for price and duration of project. No hidden surprises and additional costs. This was something we were worried about with any company. James made us feel extremely comfortable and walked us through the entire process. He asked us to prepare for the project and gave us a well guided plan to get to end of job. This is paramount when you are completing such a transformation. Preparedness and insight to what will happen on Day 1, Day 2, etc was important and kept the project humming along. And the crew at Astonia was truly skilled. These professionals came to work everyday and they all (approximately 4) knew exactly what to do. Whether it was cutting stone, laying out the configuration outline on the property, or landscaping a piece of the property, they were all on their game and their true experience showed (I followed very closely everyday). I was amazed at how well oiled the team was. It was true clock-work. No "I don't know what to do now" or junior/rookie mistakes. At the end, we had an extremely successful project and we wanted to thank James and his crew for a tremendous effort and job well done. James followed up with us several times after the project to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Before any monetary transaction occurred, he made sure that we were satisfied and would not take any money from us until we were. THANK YOU ASTONIA! AWESOME PROJECT!
