Plumbing possible main blockage or back up. Ruled that out and found a block in one of the drains.

It appeared the main was blocked of damaged it is and old house and water was coming up in the basement. Dmitry came and did all due diligence to make sure that was not the case. we did find a blocked drain and cleared it successfully.
He was very polite and explained everything he was doing and why.
I was very satisfied with his help.
