Dave was wonderful from the start, I contacted him in the afternoon and he arrived later that evening exactly on time. Besides being approachable and friendly, he was able to diagnose a defective wax ring in our toilet within 10 minutes and went out to get the part to fix it right away. Impressed by him, I asked him to also fix our broken shower lever which he was able to also fix very quickly. His rates were far better than some of the bigger companies.
