Neil was awesome. His work was perfect. He made sure we knew what he was doing and how he was doing it and told us approximately how long it would take. The Chandalier was super heavy and gave us his expertise on how we needed to proceed. And even called back the next day to make sure we were happy with the height extra. Would definatley hire for him for other things. Dale Scott
