When a disagreement did arise, they were very prompt and fair with coming up with a resolution. They are standing behind their service and have allowed their trades to continue working with us, which we appreciate.

Jordy, failed to follow through with the budget, provide quotations in a timely manner, keep the project on schedule, plan ahead. They did not arrange change orders and therefore we were shocked to receive major discrepancies of thousands of dollars (foundation went from $31,000 to $78,000 without a change order, we weren't happy about his). The project is still not finished after 6 months and oh yes, Shawn and Jordy QUIT on us, leaving us in a state of emergency. We have 2 small children, have been facing a mice infestation, our roof is not structurally sound, our home is cold as it is open to the elements, and our foundation could be compromised because of freezing temperatures. They also put a lien on our home without any notice or forewarning. We never said we wouldn't pay, we just wanted the progress to match our payments (like it states on our contract).
