DO NOT USE. STAY VERY FAR AWAY. I was promised a bathroom in 3 weeks. All they wanted was money, money, money. They have no clue how to run a project. They damaged the ceiling just below the bathroom reno. Not once but twice. Strike 1. At times they wouldn’t show up for weeks. Strike 2. They often wanted to come on the weekends to do their stuff. Strike 3. It didn’t matter how many “conversations” we had. Tried to get me to buy the crap they had in storage. You know the stuff that was excess from another job or perhaps “fell of a truck”. That didn’t happen either. Price quoted $17K. We only paid a deposit thankfully. Had enough. 3 months later my bathroom is only 20% done. So they got fired. Get this, they sent their subcontractors our way to get paid. Well you can guess how that worked out for them. Sent them all packing. So I say again DO NOT USE. The picture says it all. This is how they left the job most of the time when they were here.

I now have a wonderful contractor. Bathroom almost done and it’s been a week and 1/2 the cost.

I do not typically write reviews but we were so pleased with the work that Nick did in our home that I wanted to share our experience. We renovated our main floor (living room, dining room) and also had the upstairs painted.

Nick is a true professional, paid attention to detail, took the time to listen to what we wanted and offered suggestions based on his years of experience. His pricing was so reasonable and his quote was accurate so we did not have any surprises at the end. We never felt rushed and when we changed our mind on some of the details as we moved forward Nick very easily shifted gears with us. He was very particular about the quality of his work and we were left with the impression that the work he did in our home was no different than what he would do if he was renovating his own house.

He never rushed the job and was willing to return as many times as needed to ensure a high quality renovation. He was very particular about his work and returned on multiple occasions, for example, to ensure that the skim coat that he was applying was done properly prior to painting. The end product is lovely.

We also had our fireplace removed to increase our wall space - this involved drywall, painting, etc... and we are extremely happy with the outcome. Nick is trustworthy and we actually had him in our house doing the work while we were out of the city on vacation. We felt completely comfortable with him in our home and knew that everything would be taken care of - and it was.

I would not hesitate to recommend Nick to any of my family and friends (and we already have!). We will be working with Nick again as we have a few other renovations to complete. Once you find someone who you can trust, is professional , has a strong work ethic and pays attention to every small detail you don't want to lose that person and this is what my husband and I feel about Nick and his work.

We had an agreement to the tune of $26,500 ..
it became impossible to keep this company on the job and they were paid for the work done. Totally unreliable and poor work ethic.
