George Lloyd replaced part of an existing rigid vent with a flexible duct, and installed a 1/2" gas line for our new gas dryer. He was prompt, direct and knowledgable -- a pleasure to deal with.

I was very pleased with the service from Lloyd HVAC. A home inspection from Enbridge Gas mandated the installation of a new gas valve as soon as possible. Lloyd quickly responded to my call and completed the work in a cost-effective and efficient manner.

George came to my home in Etobicoke to install new dryer venting and seal all vent seams in mechanical room in my basement. He rearranged his schedule to accommodate my small job and was punctual. He was very professional and did a good job. I would definitely recommend him and call him back for other jobs I have.

Our job was small and didn't require a lot of complex pipefitting to extend the natural gas through the foundation and out to the back deck. George did the work nicely and with clean finishing. He left the work area spotless when he was done. While not the cheapest price for this small job, George was professional and gave me the confidence that it would be done nice and clean.

I recently had an issue with my hot water tank not producing hot water. I called the company I am renting the equipment from and they informed me that my equipment is fine and as such will be charging me $99. for the service call. I told them I would not be paying for the service as I was still experiencing the same issue.

I call George Lloyd, of Lloyd HVAC, and he fixed the problem I was experiencing. I send the invoice I receive from Lloyd HVAC and the company I am renting the equipment from immediately credit my account for the outstanding invoice.

I have subsequently recommended Lloyd HVAC and in all cases the level of service was well above expectation.

We hired Lloyd HVAC to replace our furnace last fall and our air conditioner this spring. In both cases we were provided appropriate and affordable options, based on our home size, the efficiency rating and our budget. They responded quickly to emails and sent the written quote to us shortly after our meeting.
George Lloyd and his partner were prompt on both occasions, and finished both jobs within the time parameters that we'd discussed. They were always polite and professional. They were also very tidy, putting down drop clothes and generally cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend them.

My husband's company has worked with George and so it only made sense to give him a call when we too needed A/C. We had a central air conditioning unit installed - which was no small feat. Not only was the space between the houses less than 2ft wide to get the unit to the desired location, we also needed it raised about 9ft in the air to not take up any of our valuable (very small) yard space. George was fantastic - prompt with the quote after our assessment meeting, knowledgeable about what size unit we needed, looked out for our interests in ensuring the product had a great warranty and was efficient on the day of the install - embracing all of the challenges our 100 year old home and very small yard threw his way! We're so happy with George's product and level of service that we've already referred him to friends that just purchased a house.

George came to install three gas lines in a newly built house. He was very responsive and modified his schedule to meet my needs. His work is very clean and efficient and his pricing is very reasonable. I would highly recommend his services.

George had done a few small jobs at my 80 year old home so when it came time to install a ductless air conditioner I called him. He was very well informed about the products available and recommended one based on our house size and budget. His quote was very reasonable and the installation was completed quickly and cleanly. The unit has exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend George.
