Tom at Clearview was great right from the start. Explains the process perfectly from the first phone call right through to the day of inspection. Very knowledgeable about homes and he showed me everything discovered during the inspection and explained my options and likely costs to get things repaired.
It's really nice to buy a house going in to it knowing what to expect for repair costs. I'd also recommend the Extended inspection with the infrared camera, well worth the extra cost.
