Home Inspection and Infrared Scan
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
After reading the reviews on Homestars we knew wanted Clearview to perform our home inspection. We are first time home buyers so we wanted to make sure that the house we are buying is in good condition. Tom did an impeccable job. He thoroughly inspected and checked all areas of the house that needed to be inspected and explained in the process the complexity of the issues. He conducted a comprehensive inspection of the house.
