My eavestrough (gutter) on the left side of my house fell after the snow storm hit and I needed to get it fixed. I called roof one and they came on short notice and worked in the cold weather. They were very nice and professional.

I wanted to get my roof tiles replaced and fixed before the snow really got bad, so I called roof one. Steve and his guys really did a excellent job, and they were done pretty fast too.

The roof of my house had started to lose the panels since it is an old townhouse, so I found Roof One through a friend and decided to call them up. Steve sent some of his guys over and they did the job fast and cleanly. I definatly recommend them!

Very satisfied with the service. Came in and completed the work. Did take a couple weeks to receive a receipt afterwords which was the only hiccup but in terms of service and quality did a very good job.

I was very skeptical at first since no one showed up for the first appointment, we did receive a call later that week to reschedule since he had called to confirm our appointment but we were outside and since no one picked up he did not show. After this misunderstanding he did show up the next appointment and was the first company who did not send just a salesperson but it was the owner who actually knew what he was talking about was on the roof with the rest of the crew. We had a leak into my sons bedroom and he offered to fix it right then and said our roof would be good for another 3-4 years but we decided to get it done just in case. His honesty won us over and the following year he had 2 of our neighbours as clients and we keep on referring him to others.
