I was very skeptical at first since no one showed up for the first appointment, we did receive a call later that week to reschedule since he had called to confirm our appointment but we were outside and since no one picked up he did not show. After this misunderstanding he did show up the next appointment and was the first company who did not send just a salesperson but it was the owner who actually knew what he was talking about was on the roof with the rest of the crew. We had a leak into my sons bedroom and he offered to fix it right then and said our roof would be good for another 3-4 years but we decided to get it done just in case. His honesty won us over and the following year he had 2 of our neighbours as clients and we keep on referring him to others.
