A Granito World

We purchased Caesarstone quartz countertop from Granito World in July 2017.

First they won a bidding on our project on HomeStars both by price and conditions.

After that we visited their shop and met Vik in person. Vik is one of the best sales reps I dealt with in a long time. He provides what I call no-BS customer service i.e. he tells you exactly what he can do for you, explains why and what options he can offer, and after you agree, he does exactly what he promised with no surprised, delays, or hidden fees.

Installers are also great hardworking people. I have to say that my wife and I are very picky ( some people may use a word "crazy" ) about perfect fit, conditions, and precise position of the installed product, and sometimes that makes it pretty difficult for us to work with installers that like to cut the corners, do the job as fast as possible, and who "have exactly the same problem at my house and stopped paying attention to it long time ago" :) . I'm VERY glad to say that it was NOT the case at all with Granito World: Installers went above and beyond and spent pretty significant amount or extra time to make sure we were completely satisfied with their work when they left.

Overall, I would like to say thank you to the whole team of A Granito World for the great job and excellent customer service on all levels. I hope to work with you guys again if we decide to change our bathroom countertops too. Hope we did not scare you and you would not mind to work with us again either ;)
