A Granito World

We recently had a great experience working with Granito World to install new quartz countertops in our kit & bath. Vikas communicates very clearly, is extremely knowledgeable and keeps his word. We visited the store to go thru the wide selection of products and price ranges. Vikas guided us thru the different choices by providing info. and helping highlight the pros/cons. The great thing was that he had already visited our home and viewed our kit & bath so he was able to tell us given our cabintery, flooring & lighting which colors would make the most sense. He even reached out to his suppliers and other vendors to enquire about a couple of out of stock brands. So when we made our final decision we were very confident that Vikas had provided us all available info. and that we were making an informed decision. Once we signed he was able to give us a confirmed date/time and his crew arrived promptly. They were professional in their approach, had the right tools and did everything very cleanly. After completion, they cleaned up after and put away the old counter tops. Vikas came in for a final review later that day and answered all our maintenance questions.
All in all this was a very positive experience made possible by Vikas' professional attitude to our project. Thanks Granito World & Vikas!
