Mirza did a fantastic job inspecting my home. I brought him on to help do an inspection for a warranty claim and he was very thorough and professional. His report was easy to understand and clear and he provided it in a very timely manner. Would very much recommend to anyone looking for an inspector.

Amazing Home Inspector

Manjur is a very knowledgeable and professional inspector. This is my third home and I have used inspector before however he is second to none. He has pointed out so many defects to report to our 30 days that is hard to identify. He was very through and explained every defect. I wish I could give him more than 5 star. Manjur and Reliable Home Inspection were very thorough during our pre-inspection on a potential purchase. He took the time to walk me through and show me the specific issues, explain in detail, and provided a very comprehensive report. He also accommodated a next day inspection on a weekend. He came recommended to me by a colleague, and I will certainly recommend him to others. Excellent value, high level of professionalism, and dedicated individual who cares about the work he does.
