Manjur inspected a few of our properties and he never disappoints me. Very prompt, on time, his inspection is very thorough every time, reports are very detailed and we usually receive the report very fast. This last time I called him for an emergency inspection as I almost missed the tarion submission date, he squeezed me in on sat morning, did the inspection, did the report and sent me the tarion submission file at 10:45pm... that’s amazing customer service. He was extremely accommodating to our schedule and had everything arranged with very little notice. During the inspection we realized how thoroughly he works and his expertise in what he's doing. He had all the right tools and took the time to explain to us why and how he was using each of them. He was able to point things out to us that we hadn't even thought of which gave us a feeling of confidence in his work. He really went the extra mile and because of his work we were able to purchase our new home at a competitive price.

Manjur was outstanding and the best home inspector I came in contact with! He knew what to look out for, had a camera attached to his helmet for extra in-depth inspection, and even was extra covered up for the Covid19 situation!
